Service Agreement
All services rendered are subject to written confirmation. AAL Rust Restoration reserves the right to decline service based on safety, accessibility, or insurance eligibility. Estimates are valid for 30 days.
Payment Terms
Payment is due upon completion unless otherwise arranged. We accept credit cards, checks, and direct insurance billing. Late payments may result in service suspension until resolved.
Scope of Work
Our services are defined by the scope outlined in your service agreement. Additional work requires prior written approval. We provide detailed documentation of all repair activities.
Insurance Coordination
We facilitate communication with insurance providers but do not guarantee claim approval. Final coverage decisions rest with the insurer. We assist in submitting required documentation promptly.
Liability Limitations
AAL Rust Restoration is not liable for delays caused by external factors such as weather, insurance processing, or third-party materials. Our liability is limited to the value of the services rendered.
Warranty on Work
All restoration work is covered by a 1-year warranty against material or workmanship defects. Claims must be reported within 30 days of discovery.
Termination
Either party may terminate services with written notice. Clients are responsible for all charges accrued up to termination date.
Dispute Resolution
Disputes will first be addressed through direct communication. If unresolved, parties may pursue mediation or small claims court within the jurisdiction of the service location.
Governing Law
